At its thirty-first session the Board reviewed the annual report of the Director-General for 2005 and the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement with the United Nations Development Programme. It also considered the implementation of the medium-term programme framework and the regional programme for Latin America and the Caribbean. Other items on the provisional agenda included activities of the Evaluation Group, activities of the Joint Inspection Unit, personnel matters and the financial situation.
