At its thirty-second session the Board considered the report of the twenty-second session of the Programme and Budget Committee, as well as the implementation of the medium-term programme framework 2006-2009, including South-South cooperation and the regional programme for Latin America and the Caribbean. It also reviewed the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement with the United Nations Development Programme.
