| Abstract | This abridged methodological manual for development of SME supplier networks was prepared as part of UNIDO Project US/NIC/97/209, "Development of clusters and networks of small and medium enterprises in Nicaragua." Any SME development strategy based on supply relationships should include methodologies to assure a good working relationship between the customer and supplier firms, effective communication of supply requirements and a high standard of performance by the SME suppliers. This methodological manual was developed to achieve those objectives. |
