General Conference: Second special session, 28 June 2013
As requested by the Industrial Development Board at its fortieth session (IDB.40/Dec.11), the second special session of the General Conference was held in Vienna on 28 June 2013, for the sole purpose of considering the recommendation of the Board for the appointment of a Director General.
