Acceptance/decline decision will be communicated on an individual basis by 15th November.
Selected candidates will be provided with training material, mid-morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch for the duration of the programme. All other costs are for the participant’s own account.

Travel & Accommodation
Each Delegate will be expected to make their own travel arrangements to arrive in Nairobi on Sunday, 6 February 2011 and depart after the closing ceremony and presentation of certificates on Wednesday, 16 February 2011. The Organising Committee has arranged favourable hotel accommodation rates for delegates within walking distance of the Kenya Bureau of Standards and the Department of Weights and Measures.

Sponsorship
Candidates are encouraged to look for sponsorship at their national institutions (travel, accommodation, per diem, etc). Limited sponsorship may be available for selected candidates. The extent of sponsorship and pre-conditions will be made known/available in due course.
