EU and UNIDO reinforce partnership for inclusive growth and sustainable development
VIENNA , 28 November 2011– During the opening day of UNIDO’s General Conference the European Union and UNIDO today presented a report titled “The cooperation between UNIDO and the European Union: A partnership for inclusive growth and sustainable development”. Both the European Commissioner for Environment Janez Potočnik and the Undersecretary of State Hanna Trojanowska, representing the EU Presidency, reiterated the importance of collaboration with UNIDO as an effective partner for development and the new industrial revolution.
