Registration and issuance of conference access cards for participants
Written notifications bearing an authorized signature and indicating the names and e-mail addresses of each member of the delegation are to be sent as an e-mail attachment to email@example.com.
It is essential that the original notifications are mailed to:

Registration will be effected only for those delegates whose names have been communicated to the Secretariat in the above manner.
The Registration desk at Gate 1 of the Vienna International Centre (Wagramer Strasse 5, 1220 Vienna) will be open on the following days for the retrieval of conference access cards:
Thursday, 24 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Friday, 25 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Sunday, 27 November 2011: 15:00-18:30
Monday, 28 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Tuesday, 29 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
If Permanent Missions wish to dispatch someone other than the conference access card holder to pick up the conference access card, please send a note verbal to firstname.lastname@example.org , (see sample note verbale).
