Registration and issuance of conference access cards for participants

Written notifications bearing an authorized signature and indicating the names and e-mail addresses of each member of the delegation are to be sent as an e-mail attachment to pmo-registration@unido.org.

It is essential that the original notifications are mailed to:

Registration will be effected only for those delegates whose names have been communicated to the Secretariat in the above manner.

The Registration desk at Gate 1of the Vienna International Centre (Wagramer Strasse 5, 1220 Vienna) will be open on the following days for the retrieval of conference access cards:

Thursday, 24 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Friday, 25 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Sunday, 27 November 2011: 15:00-18:30
Monday, 28 November 2011: 8:00-16:00
Tuesday, 29 November 2011: 8:00-16:00

If Permanent Missions wish to dispatch someone other than the conference access card holder to pick up the conference access card, please send a note verbal to pmo-registration@unido.org , (see sample note verbale).
