Hotels

All participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. For your information please find a list of recommended hotels and a list of hotels indicating reserved rooms for conference participants. Please note that all information provided on hotel prices is subject to change and dependent on availability.

Please ensure that you communicate your arrival and accommodation details to the Regional Office in Addis Ababa to K.Bucyana@unido.org, T.Segni@unido.org and a copy to E.Sabbion@unido.org at your earliest convenience.

Transportation

All participants, except Ministers, are responsible for their own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel and retour. All recommended hotels provide shuttle services from airport to Hotel and from Hotel to Airport.

Transport from Hotel to Venue

A pick-up service from the hotel to and from the venue will be provided for all participants.
