Visa information

Participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements. Before leaving their home countries, international participants should complete all formalities regarding entry and transit visas or travel permits as well as health certificates that may be required for travel to Ethiopia and the return journey to their home countries or duty stations.

Participants are encouraged to initiate the process of obtaining a VISA to Ethiopia through the respective Embassy of Ethiopia in their home countries. Participants coming from countries without Ethiopian Embassies are encouraged to send a copy of their passport to the UNIDO Regional Office in Addis Ababa at K.Bucyana@unido.org with copy to M.Muweme@unido.org and A.Pajnik@unido.org no later than 23 May 2012. Participants are encouraged to do these arrangements at their earliest convenience.
