What is the difference between PCOR, CCOR and OCOR?
The diagram below illustrates the three “COR”s to remember in connection to change management:
- The PCOR or Programme for Change and Organizational Renewal is the overall name of the change initiative.
- The CCOR or Committee for Change and Organizational Renewal is the main decision-making body within the PCOR Governance structure.
- The OCOR or Office for Change and Organizational Renewal guides, leads and manages all PCOR related activities.
