Rawya Mansour

As a younger woman her target was to make beautiful homes. Rawya Mansour launched Ramsco in 1999 where she immediately installed her creative discipline, passion and inspiration with her team of highly skilled engineers and craftsmen. She has now decided to adopt a different approach to helping others. Instead of designing and furnishing luxurious houses she has chosen to beautify the environment and help the less privileged improve their own homes. Today Ramsco is regarded world-wide as a leading house of interior design. Furniture design is another face to Rawya's work. Many of her pieces show a strong interest in classical forms from Europe, but others are a re-interpretation of different cultural traditions. In particular she has been influenced by the graceful lines of pharaonic furniture.
 
Rawya Mansour's ambition was not bound by her own interests in interior design and architecture on the contrary her interest was more profound in a sense that ultimate perfection always belongs to God's creation "nature". Rawya Mansour has a strong belief that the well being of man kind starts from the well being of our environment.
 
In light of that belief Mrs. Rawya Mansour initiated a study as an attempt to improve the quality of life for the Egyptian society plus seeking new methods to improve its surrounding environment and reduce inflation by increasing supply of food products; thus, eradicating poverty.
