Project Events

 

Chief of UNIDO-POPs and Chemicals Management Unit,Mohamed Eisa, was in Jeddah from 14-16 March, 2006 for the inception workshop of the PDF-A project. The workshop was attended by delegations of Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as host and participating country to the project, as well as the delegation of PERSGA.

The objective of inception workshop is to familiarize member partners of different countries of the region about the goals of the project. During the workshop the MSP proposal was developed , taking into account different developmental levels of each country, as well as economic status along coastal zone of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.
