Moldova's Ambassador Victor Postolachi presents credentials

The new Permanent Representative of the Republic of Moldova to UNIDO, Victor Postolachi, presented his credentials today to UNIDO Director-General, Kandeh K. Yumkella.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Postolachi was serving as Deputy Minister of Reintegration of the Republic of Moldova (2003-06).

Mr. Postolachi has served in many capacities in the course of his career, including as Director, Foreign Relations Department, Ministry of Economy (2001-03), company Director (1990-2001), and Director of a municipal Education Department (1985-90).

Mr. Postolachi is married and has two children.
