Q: Is the forum free for everyone?

A: Yes. The Vienna Energy Forum is free for participants, press, officials, all categories shown on the registration page. However, you must register online in order to attend the event.

Q: What do I need when I arrive at the Hofburg for the Vienna Energy Forum?

A: It is important that you bring your Registration confirmation receipt or mobile showing your personal barcode. Registration badges are pre-printed and can be collected when you arrive at the Hofburg Palace.

Q: Do I register as a Participant?

A: If you are a member of the United Nations, from a private company, a student or any other - please register as a participant.

Q: Do I register as an Official?

A: If you are from a Permanent Mission or Ministry, please register as an Official.
