Registration
Registration for the Vienna Energy Forum 2013 has now closed. Registration will remain open momentarily for Government Officials (Permanent Missions, Ministries) and Speakers.
Participants need to present their registration confirmation print-out to gain access to the Hofburg Imperial Palace. In order to become more eco-friendly and for your own convenience you can now also present your registration confirmation in electronic form on your mobile phone. We will be able to scan in the barcode from your mobile phone display and access your registration information this way. VIC pass holders are strongly advised to make their pass visible on entry to the Hofburg.
To avoid long queues you are advised to make use of our pre-registration on 27 May 2013 from 1 pm to 6 pm at the Hofburg (Josefplatz entrance). On 28 May 2013, registration will open at 7:30 am. Please be at the Hofburg venue in time on the day of the conference because there will be long queues in the morning.
IMPORTANT: Entry to the conference only granted upon receipt of registration confirmation via print out or barcode shown via a mobile phone.
Information for VIC pass holders: Access will be granted if you hold a VIC pass, please bring your confirmation receipt in addition.
