General Service Positions

Candidates in the General Service category are locally recruited at the indicated duty station and are not eligible for allowances applicable to candidates who are internationally recruited.

Minimum qualification requirements

• Candidates must meet the minimum education and experience indicated in the vacancy announcements
• Proficiency in English. Fluency or working knowledge of one or more other official UNIDO language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish and Russian) is desirable
• Candidates must be computer literate - to operate in the MS Windows and MS Office environment
