What is the difference between PCOR, CCOR and OCOR?

The diagram below illustrates the three “COR”s to remember in connection to change management:

  1. The PCOR or Programme for Change and Organizational Renewal is the overall name of the change initiative.
  2. The CCOR or Committee for Change and Organizational Renewal is the main decision-making body within the PCOR Governance structure.
  3. The OCOR or Office for Change and Organizational Renewal guides, leads and manages all PCOR related activities.
