After receipt of your order
  • A proforma invoice will be issued to you at the address you provide below in order to confirm your order and pricing (pls. note that there is a postage and handling charge of EUR 10.00 for airmail and EUR 5.00 for surface shipment for orders of less than 5 items. For orders of 5 to 10 items an additional charge of EUR 10.00 for postage and handling is levied, etc.)
  • Once having received the proforma invoice, you can remit payment according to the terms of payment outlined below.
UNIDO products are dispatched only after receipt of payment.
