    VIENNA, 3 November 2015 - The Government of Hungary will fund a project which aims to foster social and economic inclusion of disadvantaged and marginalized population groups, including ethnic minorities, in Central, South, South East and Eastern Europe. An agreement on this was signed today by Director General Li and Karoly Dan, the Permanent Representative of Hungary to UNIDO.

    VIENNA, 15 September 2015 - The new Permanent Representative of Burkina Faso, Solange Agneketom Bogore, presented her credentials to Director General Li. Li said that she was joining at a critical time when UNIDO’s mandate was being included in SDG Goal 9, and briefed her on the Programme for Country Partnerships (PCP) approach. Agneketom Bogore reiterated her country’s need for the support of partners such as UNIDO.

    VIENNA, 15 September 2015 - Director General Li welcomed the Permanent Representative of Ethiopia, Negash Kebret Botora. He commended the country for its impressive economic and social achievements and its support in the implementation of the Programme for Country Partnerships (PCP). Botora expressed his Government’s satisfaction for the support provided by UNIDO and highlighted that the Director General's vision matched with the Ethiopian Growth and Transformation Plan 2.
