Decontamination fluids

Decontamination fluids refer to washing and rinsing solutions originated during cleaning of equipments and tools. These fluids should be analyzed in order to identify the level of contamination. If generated water presents a low contamination level it might be incorporated into a sewage system or poured on the ground, trying, in any case, to cause the least possible impact to the environment. If decontamination water is determined as hazardous waste it has to be collected and treated accordingly.
