At its 46th session, the Industrial Development Board (26 to 28 November 2018), decided to request the Director General to convene the third special session of the General Conference in Vienna on Friday, 30 November 2018, in order to consider a proposal relating to the listing of States in Annex I of the Constitution of UNIDO.

Accordingly, the third special session of the General Conference, will be opened in the Vienna International Centre, Wagramer Straße 5, 1220 Vienna, Austria, on Friday, 30 November 2018, at 10 a.m. in Board Room C.
