Quick Wins (QW) not only contributed to increasing the efficiency of the Organization but also kept the change momentum alive
Based on recommendations from the feasibility study carried out in 2009 and other internal assessments, 40 Quick Wins (i.e. immediate operational improvements on processes and procedures that can be achieved with little or no additional investment) were identified. Most of these were successfully implemented between April and December 2010; the remaining were completed in 2011 in the course of the ERP implementation. The realization of the Quick Wins has not only contributed to increasing the efficiency of the Organization, but more importantly, it has kept the change momentum alive and helped to instill a culture of change.
