| As the superior legislative organ of UNIDO, the General Conference will adopt the programme and budgets of the Organization for the forthcoming biennium and consider recommendations of the Industrial Development Board on a number of other items.
In fulfilling its function to determine the guiding principles and policies of UNIDO, the Conference will identify priority areas of work for inclusion in the medium-term programme framework for the period 2004 to 2007, including:
