ACCRA, 6 February 2018 – An innovative, new wood and furniture testing centre in Ghana was officially commissioned today by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) with support from the Government of Switzerland through the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
KANPUR, 5 February 2018 – The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) has taken steps to support the leather manufacturing industry in India by organizing training focused on sustainable leather manufacturing technologies. The training was held as part of the Kanpur Leather Development Project by Kanpur Unnao Leather Development Company (KLC) in partnership with UNIDO, the University of Northampton, and Common&Sense, in coordination with the Council of Leather Exports (CLE) and the Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI).
